Damaged Items:
Each item ships with UPS Shipping Insurance.  Damaged items will be replaced with an exact replacement.  Please contact us within 2 days of delivery to report any damaged shipments.

Unwanted Items:
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Returns are accepted within 10 days of delivery. Please contact us for a Return Authorization Number before returning your item. Orders returned without a Return Authorization Number will not be accepted.  Customers must return items in like-new condition and provide us with the tracking number of the returning package.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee.
